Multi-media advertisements operating system in Russia KENT Cigarette&Tobacco Exlusive shop.

 

Russia KENT Cigarette&Tobacco Exlusive shop is a subsidiary Cigarette&Tobacco exclusive organization of Russia national tobacco special bureau, it is mainly engaged in the retail and wholesale business of cigarettes. Since tobacco advertisements are not allowed to be displayed on TV and other public media by relevant regulations in European countries, so in order to promote the sales of tobacco, this organization decided to install large-size LCD displays and play terminals in each exclusive shop all over the country, to eastablish a set of multi-media advertising system.

 

After comparisons from mutiple aspects and DEMO, finally they made their decision to adopt the network commercial multi-media information release system of Sharpeye Digital Technology Co., Ltd as the core system, and integrated the digital signage player with 32 inch LCD display to form an integrated system. In this way, it is not only easy to install and manage, but also bring s an elegant image. It is a very successful case for our LCD advertising player entering into the European market. For centralised management and publishing, all the terminals in this system are in the same network. The terminals adopt sigma solutions, take embedded ARM structure as its hardware platform without fan, holding advantages of reliable, no virus, no crash and low power consumption.

 

The whole system includes one administration center, 5000 play terminals, planning to complete construction in three years. The first batch of supplying includes a streaming media file server, a set of SCT management software, 500 set-top-boxes (without shell) and LCD displays(finishing installing)

 

This system is a typical case for our multi-media information release system applied in chain industry, especially in Cigarette&Tobacco in large scale.
